RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We endeavour to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients.
The Customer may return the Product to the store within 14 days of receiving the package with the Product. Please complete the online form here.
The return form is also available in the customer panel after logging into your profile in the Online Store in MY ORDERS.
1. LOG IN AND CREATE RETURN
Log into the customer panel
and go to MY ORDERS.

2. PACK PRODUCTS
Carefully put items in the original bag
and pack it in a bubble envelope
or in a box.
3. SEND PRODUCTS
Send packed products to

The Customer may exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the package with the Product.
The Customer, with the consent of the Seller, may exchange the Product for another, provided that the Seller wishes to do so via e-mail: email@example.com.
After receiving information about the possibility of exchange, please complete the online exchange form here.
The exchange form is also available in the customer panel after logging into your profile in the Online Store in MY ORDERS.
Settlement in the event of a Product replacement:
In the event of replacement of the Product, payment for the Product in the amount of the Price will be credited towards the Price of the newly ordered Product, any difference in the Price will be accordingly paid by the Customer or returned by the Seller by the same route as the payment has been made or in another way after agreeing with the Seller.
